a. Consideration and action on a proposed resolution proclaiming October 2024 as “National Disability Employment Awareness Month” in the City of Janesville. (File Resolution No. 2024-2260)
b. Consideration and action on a proposed resolution proclaiming October 15, 2024, as “White Cane Safety Day” in the City of Janesville. (File Resolution No. 2024-2259)
c. Consideration and action on a proposed resolution recognizing and supporting the efforts of Janesville Firefighters and Paramedics during Fire Prevention Week, October 6 – 12, 2024. (File Resolution No. 2024-2257)
4. Public comments on items on the agenda not requiring a public hearing and on matters which can be affected by Council action.
Individuals wishing to address the City Council are asked to sign in on the roster in the lobby and keep their comments under four minutes.

a. Second reading and public hearing on a proposed ordinance rezoning property located at 533 North Main Street from M3, Central Light Industrial, to Conservancy. (File Ordinance No. 2024-900)

a. Proposed 2025 budget presentation and discussion.
9. Common Council Announcements.
Announcements are limited to Councilmember activities, memorials, and non-political community events. Discussion of matters related to governmental business is prohibited.
